NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
of
The Madawaska Club of Go Home Bay
2016

The Annual General Meeting of Members of The Madawaska Club of Go Home Bay will be held on Monday May 2nd, 2016 at Manor United Church, 240 Manor Rd, Toronto, M4S 1R8  at 7:00pm for the following purposes:

1. To receive the Annual Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements of the Club for the year ended December 31, 2015 and respond to any questions thereon from the members;

2. To review the budget proposed for 2016 and the audit requirements of the Club and ask the members to waive the appointment of auditors as in prior years;

3. To hear reports from Directors;

4. To elect the Board of Directors for the ensuing year.  The Board of Directors proposed is:

5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
